Honda Activa 125 is a scooter available in 4 variants and 6 colours. The Honda Activa 125 is powered by 124cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 8.19 bhp and a torque of 10.4 Nm. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Honda Activa 125 comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Activa 125 scooter weighs 109 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 5.3 liters.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the OBD2-compliant 2023 Activa 125 range in our market, and this 125cc scooter is now available in four variants – Drum, Drum Alloy, Disc, and H-Smart. All variants retain the styling cues from the previous version and thus come with a single-pod headlight with a body-coloured cowl, apron-mounted front turn indicators, a body-coloured front fender, and chrome garnishing on the body panel and apron. The colour palette now comprises five options – Pearl Night Start Black, Heavy Grey Metallic (not available in the Drum variant), Rebel Red Metallic, Pearl Precious White, and Midnight Blue Metallic.

Its feature list, too, remains unchanged, and the 2023 Activa 125 range retains an LED headlight with LED position lamps, Enhanced Smart Power (eSP) technology, ACG Starter, Idling Stop System, side stand engine inhibitor function, and combined braking system from the previous model. The instrument cluster on the 2023 Activa125 is equipped with a semi-digital module that provides information on the odometer, clock, ECO indicator, and service due indicator. The H-Smart variant further benefits from a Smart Key System that brings Smart Find, remote unlock, keyless ignition, and an anti-theft system to the 125cc scooter. The smart key on the H-Smart variant can also be used to open the fuel lid and access under-seat storage.

The mechanical specifications retain the 123.97cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that delivers a maximum output of 8.18bhp at 6,500rpm and a peak torque of 10.3Nm at 5,000rpm. However, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has added the necessary hardware to comply with the OBD2-norms. Meanwhile, the scooter range retains the underbone frame and uses telescopic front forks and a three-step adjustable rear spring to handle the suspension tasks. The scooter rides on 12-inch front and 10-inch wheels. Then, the anchoring tasks on the base variants include drum brakes on both wheels, while the higher versions will use a 190mm disc brake at the front and a 130mm drum unit at the rear.

The Activa 125 rivals the likes of the TVS Jupiter 125, Hero Destini 125, Yamaha Fascino 125, and Suzuki Access 125 in the Indian market.
